How can cartoonnetwork be called cartoonnetwork!?! Disney channels isn't Disney channel too!!!? They ripped off every fuc***ng good cartoon shows and made it into cr@p!! And it's always now stupid distroy build distroy, brainrush, survive this and especially the g@yest mutha fuc*ing show the othersider!! There's only like 4 cartoonnetwork cartoon shows left...
Disney channel only have one cartoonshow called phineas and ferb....honostly I think that show is a piece of poop! The rest have crappy shows called jonas, hannah Montana, wizards of waverly place and more crap like that!! The thing that annoys me most is that if I watch aither those 4 shows, people or some machine that makes the laughing noise have to laugh every like 9 or 15 seconds!! I think all those shows are ******* stupid!!!! People who run Disney an cartoonnetwork are dumb!
Tell my why does it have to be like this? | | Phineas and ferb is the stuff don't hate go watch dog whisperer or wait til adult swim comes on | What is hapening to TV these days? remeber the three titans of Tv the 3 best channels nickeolodeon cartoon network disney channel nicks got the ******* mighty bee disneys got the few good shows off for jimmy two shoes and guy vs kat even cartoon network sucks dick for CN real crap now naruto shippuden will be cumi for disney XD its not so bad but c'mon | It is called market dilution.
In the old days, there was just broadcast networks. That was good, and had mostly good programming themselves.
As cable happened, more programming happened, and as more channels came on line, more programming had to be created to fill the channels, and to draw viewers to those channels good programming/writers were drawn to these newer channels, diluting the good programming on them.
The same is happening with advertising. The more channels there are the fewer dollars are available to each for advertising, which also reduces funding available to create good programming. | A new piece for inclusion in a book.? This poems is part of series about meeting fictional characters in a bar I have to pick one in the series for an anthology of bar poems. I just want some opinions.
ONCE UPON A TIME AT THE PIE ‘N MASH A BARTENDER TOLD CINDERELLA SHE HAD HAD ENOUGH TO DRINK
“Look, bub. My father died when I was guy. My step-mother
was a verbally, emotionally, physically abusive crone
who treated me like a slave. And that class act Disney
trivialized my life’s story in a ******* cartoon.
So you can just leave me the whole bottle.
And as for you peasant– that’s a charming family photo.
I’ll be sure to send you a bill for the royalties
on those pajamas your little princess is wearing.
Now if you two– commoners will kindly excuse me
Beauty, Belle, and I are going to drink ourselves
to a happily ever ******* after.” | | I like spoof type poetry and movies and such.. who doesn't like a spin at characters that are familiar............... | Toonami canceled, CN's downfall? I was so ******* pissed last night when I got word that Toonami was cancelled.
"Stay gold. Bang".....Tom's last words......
CN is pretty much dead to me now. There is absolutly no reason to watch it anymore. It's pretty much CN's fault why Toonami was cancelled. Poor line-up, shrinking time blocks, 1 anime. I really wanted to cry last night becasue Toonami was the reason why I got interested into anime. Without DBZ, I would've probably hated any manga or anime.
How can you just throw away 11.5 years like that?! The only reason to watch CN now is Adult Swim. Call me old-fashoin, but all these new cartoons on CN now......well not even guys will watch that ****. I would know, I have two little brothers. I guess CN was trying to be "guy friendly", but that's what we have Nick and Disney for. They're missing all the good cartoons that 4guyz got their hands on. C'mon now
-My Gym Partner's a Monkey (FLOP)
-Squirrel Boy (FLOP)
-Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (FLOP)
-George of The Jungle (Flop before it even started)
-Secret Saturdays (Potential Flop)
I could name more but I don't want to get into that. CN has made THE dumbest move in their entire Broadcast lifetime. The only reason why Toonami was hanging from a thread is because Naruto was it's current DBZ. Now we have to rely on Adult Swim. Actually, Adult Swim needs to get their mind straight, pull in a lot more shows, and leave CN and get their own channel. They would make a lot more money that way. Let's be real, Adult Swim should leave CN and watch it burn and die.
-They ****** up when they took it from the daily time block and gave us Miguzi.
-They ****** up when they gave us that gay *** Tom.
-They ****** up when they cut back the anime shows it used to have.
-They ****** up when they started shrinking the time block.
-THEY ****** UP WHEN THEY GAVE US BAKUGAN!!!!!!
R.I.P Toonami. R.I.P Cartoon Network. R.I.P Tom.....
Adult Swim, come to your senses! You make CN. If you stay, you will lose money!
CARTOON NETWORK IS OFFICIALLY DEAD!!!!!! | I just can't beleve that CN would have gone though with the idea of canceling one of the best blocks of shows on Saturday Nights, all becuase they think what they are doing is for the "Good of the Compeny", but they are total wrong. Its bad enough that are now showing live action movies like Spider-man, Kicking and Screamming. But showing these kinds of movies should done by eniter Disney Channel or Nick. Cartoon Network has been nothing more then a "wanta' be best network for both guys & adults" but more for the adults. I mean CN had the best line of shows before 2008 "Doomsday"

Forgive me for saying this, but the "Adult Swim" should only be on until Friday & Saturday nights, that way more of our favorites can have more time weither its anime or original animation, there would be at least some veritires just like they did with Saturday Night Block in 2005. I mean have Johnny Test, Skunk Fo, & Chowder being showed every four hours 2-3PM, 5-6PM, & finally 9-10PM is just really starting to tick me off, when they could be putting on Naruto, or another classic cartoons from the good old days on any of these times. I mean one or two times wouldn't hurt, but when its more then that, then we have a problem. Fried Dymate should be only on Saturday Mornings, leave the Friday logo back to being called "CN Friday Nights" with the some of the new mixed with the classics we loved so much. I've beeen looking at so many Petitions online, but that couldn't work because they say that most active way to get some thing done right is to start a telephone hotline for saving our guyhood shows or asking CN to stop doing this crap, maybe that could work. They should do is look up the most aired & most viewed shows or put up a "retro week or friday" like YTV did for their programs. I'll be watching the Transformers & Ben 10: Allen Force online, got no need to watch their channel anymore, unless they bring back some the best watch shows or the best animators with using "old school" cartoon animation or both, please no more computer animated like that stupid short "Mr Bixby". Animation should done with I quote this from "Spongbob" (with love & care). Computers are not & I quote this from "TEMINATOR" (the future of "animation") I guess if I want to anime then I watch it on 4Kids TV, the only best shows that are still on are "Sonic X, TMMT, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX,& Chaotic", I still miss the old Fox Kids too.
GOODBYE FOREVER, TOOMAMI, YOU HAD GOOD RUN :(
if anyone has the guts to stop this madness, then do it right NOW. THE FUTURE OF CARTOONS IS DANGER OF EXCITATION, save it for our future generation. | Has marvel gone insane? wtf is wrong with marvel The Spectacular Spider-Man is one of the greatest, coolest and the most awesome show I've seen in my whole it has everything.
They even cancelled Wolverine and the X-Men like wtf did they slip or shot in the head, Emma Frost is ******* hot (just saying).
Do you think there is freaking way to make Marvel change there mind? or should i just hate Disney for cancelling two good show.
They instead did a Marvel Anime of Wolverine and Iron Man which I think is not really cool.
Is the world come on end?
Cartoons this day are getting worst and worst, I just wish I'd live on the 90's. | | Spectacular Spiderman was ok it wasn't as good as 90's Spider-Man show, but Wolverine & X have an excuse they were having funding issues because Marvel was in the middle of merging with Disney and thus couldn't get funding to keep the show going. The anime of Wolverine looks good imo, I know it looks nothing like regular Wolverine, but to be honest Wolverine has to be in everything these days. I liked his new anime look. Iron Man anime still looks like Tony and so far he looks good. I'm loving the new Avengers show and waiting for Young Justice to come out on TV. | Who hates the 2000's Part II? How about music (if you call that crap music). Music is so pathetic. The 90's put us in a musical stone age. Overblown crap bands like Nirvana made it trendy for music to sound like crap. Today musicians have no standard. Music is oversimplified and lazy, there's no improvisation. Kids have no idea what they're doing. Music isn't being taught in schools anymore. And then you've got plastic fake bands like the Jonas Brothers taking the 70's and 80's and turning it into supreme faggetry on the Disney Channel. And then you’ve got the glamour rap on MTV with a bunch of inarticulate losers singing about jewelry and driving around in trendy oversized SUVs built to look like crap and burn gas. Madness.
The 80's was the first decade where imagination met technology. The pinnacle of human civilization. A perfect marriage between the two. There's nothing like it. Men could finally make their visions come to life on the big screen. They had technology but the talent was already there. Clearly this didn't last very long as it's only in human nature for people to get greedy. The 2000's show us what happens when you have unlimited technology with no imagination. Movies are horrible to the point where they have to keep raking up ticket prices to make profit. Today most people would rather stay at home and watch old movies like Die Hard on Blu-ray than waste 30 bucks watching a forgettable piece of crap.
TV's no better. Today the lowest common denominator of crap controls everything. Music Television doesn't play music, it plays trendy soap operas for teenage girls. Kid's networks are garbage. Gone are the legendary cartoons and game shows of the 90's which have been replaced with 3-dimensional computer animated crap. Primetime has turned into inarticulate trendy high school drama and trendy vampire movies. The real primetime starts at 11:00 with Adult Swim and reruns of Seinfeld, South Park, and Family Guy. Whimmin have transformed the news into celebrity gossip. I have no opinion on American Idol or the rest of that **** because I’ve never watched it and I never plan to. Law & Order is still the best show on television, it sure aint’ what it used to be, but everything else is crap so it’s no contest. Jack McCoy is God.
Video Games are the only media that hasn’t taken the plunge but nothing beats the Golden Age.
In the 2000’s first world communism is becoming a reality, they call it socialism. People want the government to control every aspect of their lives. To wipe their noses and put them to sleep at night. To decide what is good for them and what isn’t. To decide what is right and wrong. To decide how they live their lives. I think it’s time that people realized that Rome wasn’t built in one day. I think it’s time that people realized it’s not what their Blackberry can do, that’s a ******* phone. The real question is. What can you do?
How do you feel about this? | Honestly, I couldn't agree with you more, dude. I've been b*tching about this very same sh*t for years now.
And to the little Gov supporter rambling about her health care reform, your the problem with the world today, ding dong. It's people like you that has allowed and encouraged our already out of control Gov to grow bigger and more intrusive.
People like you that are too afraid to think for themselves and DO for themselves have created a f*cking nanny state we will never escape, and I hate you ALL for it! You bunch of f*ckin' p*ssies! | I miss the old days so much? I miss watching cartoon network and then being excited for saturday for toonami, then hanging out with friends in the 3rd-6th grade, playing that ***** runescape game, getting games for my old ps2, then omg remembered when i first started skating, and being so happy when my parents let me hang with myfriends, and i missed watching spirited away, and watching drake and josh, then dreaming about when i could drive, and how it would be so great to get into highschool, and i remember playing outside at recess with my friends, we made up these gay games, and we played naruto and all that ****.. and i miss valentines day how we collected candy, and getting that feeling that you were about to be suspended for kicking a black guys *** cause he threw a snowball at you.. omg i miss the food, the dancing class, the art class, and playing kickball and the feeling you got when you hit a homerun, i miss it all so much, im a freshman now, ihave my permit, i signed up for 10th grade, and its all just going past me, i felt like i graduated 6th grade yesterday. its such a weird feeling, i wish i could go back and live all that in 1 day, and waiting for those harry potter movies, omg, i ******* hate this **** now.. highschool isnt bad, but i wish i could watch jackie chan adventures, and american dragon jake long, and all that disney channel ****, omg what do i do, i gots myself a gf but its not fufilling enuf
i need to forget about the past lol OMFg.. omg.
im 15 and ahalf btw. | | lol sounds kinda like me. am also 15 and i hate things now. hish schools not bad but just ehh not the same. you could still do all that tho. **** it! have fun and be you reguardless of how old you get. i still watch cartoon network when am bored sometimes. | Who hates the 2000's Part II?
